Before arrival

What are the prices?

The prices vary depending on low- or high season. You can take a look at the prices here.

Can we bring our dog?

Dogs are welcome, but are to be on leash at all times. You may also bring your dog in the Family and Summer cabins on arrangement.

There is also a dog park just 2,5 km from the campsite, where dogs can run freely.

Is it possible to change/cancel our booking?

Cancellation is free of charge until the date of payment of 1. rate. You can change or cancel your booking by e-mail.

What should we bring in the cabins?

When staying in one of our cabins please bring your own bedding, linens, towels etc.

Is the campsite kid friendly?

The campsite is kid friendly, especially for smaller children. They can play on the playground, play minigolf/table tennis or go swimming from the beach by our lake.

Here it is calm and cozy, but we do not offer any special activities.

Can we get electricity on all pitches?

Yes, on majority of the pitches electricity is available.

How far is the lake?

Our lake is just 300 meters walk from the center of the campsite. Here you can take a swim, go fishing or you can rent one of our boats or canoes and take at trip.

Do you have accommodation for camper vans?

Camper vans are welcome, but the maximum length is 9 meters. Emptying facilities and water filling is reserved for staying guests.

Do you offer year-round camping?

We do not offer year-round camping. The campsite is open from April 26th – September 01st.

By arrival

When is check-in?

The reception is open for check-in from 11:00 – 12:00 a.m. and from 14:00 – 19:00 p.m. (by 20:00 for prepaid arrivals)

What are the parking rules?

You are allowed 1 car into the campsite. Any additional cars are to be parked on the parking lot.

What information do you need?

Please have some form of identification at the ready by arrival. If you have booked beforehand, please inform about your booking number.

Can we pick our pitch outselves?

Yes, we are happy to help you pick out the pitch you want.

Can we use camping card here?

Camping cards are not obligatory.

During stay

Is grilling allowed on the campsite?

Yes, grilling is allowed, if you have solid ground underneath, but not directly on the grass. During drought periods, permission must be given in the reception.

When are the gates open?

The gates are closed between 21:00 – 07:00. If you are getting home in this period, please park your car on the parking lot.

What are the safety and fire safety rules?

Please be sure to keep a minimum of 3 meters between the campers. Fire safety equipment is available on campsite.

What are the shopping opportunities?

We have a limited selection in the reception. Otherwise, there is just 3 km to the nearest supermarkets.

How is the public transportation?

From the campsite and 500 meters from the campsite, direct bus lines are going to both Skanderborg and Horsens. If you need any assistance with times and departures, we are happy to help in the reception.

Can we do laundry on the campsite?

We have a washing mashine and dryer on site. The issued chip card is all you need to use them. The laundry room is open in the high season between 08:00 – 19:30 and in the low season from kl. 08:00 – 19:00.

What to do if we are having guests?

All guests are to be announced in the reception before entering the site. Guests cars are to be parked on the parking lot.

When can we play minigolf?

Go to the reception desk for clubs and golf balls. In the period of 12:00 – 14:00, there must be peace on the site.

What are the opening times for the reception?

The reception is open from 08:00 – 12:00 and from 14:00 – 19:00.

Do you have WiFi on campsite?

We have free internet in the internet café. The WiFi does not reach the pitches.

Are there charging stations on campsite?

No, we do not have any charging station on the campsite. It is prohibited to charge electric- or hybrid cars on site.

Can we order bread?

Bread can be ordered in the weekends in the reception. Please place your order the day in advance.

Is it possible to wash our car on site?

Cars can be washed at the car washing station.

Does showering cost extra?

By arrival you are issued a chip card for showering. It costs approx. 2 kr./minute.

By departure

When should we check out?

Payment is to handled before 11:00 a.m.

Check-out must be done before 12:00 a.m. in the high season and by 16:00 in the low season, unless otherwise is arranged in the reception.

How should we leave the cabin?

By departure please leave the cabin cleaned. Check-out of the cabin should be before 11:00 a.m. Please empty the cabin and the fridge for brought things and food before departure.
